When do you deliver and what are the order deadlines?
We deliver twice weekly on Sundays and Wednesdays. To receive your meals on Sunday, please place your order by Thursday 11:59 PM. For Wednesday delivery, the cutoff is Sunday 11:59 PM.
Do I need to be home to receive my delivery?
No, you do not need to be home. Our meals are packed in insulated cooler boxes with ice packs designed to keep your food at a safe temperature for up to 6-8 hours after delivery.
How long do the meals stay fresh?
Our meals are prepared fresh and are designed to be kept in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. Each meal is clearly labeled with a 'Use By' date for your safety.
Can I freeze the meals?
While most of our meals are best enjoyed fresh, they are freezer-friendly. If you choose to freeze them, we recommend doing so immediately upon delivery and consuming within 3 months.
How do I heat up my meals?
Simply remove the lid and microwave on high for 2-3 minutes. Alternatively, you can transfer the contents to an oven-safe dish and heat at 180°C for 10-15 minutes until piping hot.
What is your policy on dietary requirements and allergies?
We offer a variety of gluten-free, dairy-free, and vegan options. However, all meals are prepared in a facility that handles nuts, soy, and shellfish, so we cannot guarantee a 100% allergen-free environment.
