Return Process

Attach clear photographs of the product, the packaging, and the batch label to help our kitchen team investigate the quality concern.
- 3.Internal Assessment
Our quality assurance team will review your claim within 48 hours to determine if a refund, store credit, or redelivery is the appropriate resolution.
- 4.Resolution Issued
Once approved, your replacement meal will be added to your next scheduled delivery or a credit will be applied to your account immediately.
